Ludacris' Album Release Party

Last night Diana and Nora headed out to West Hollywood for the album release party for Ludacris and his latest album Release Therapy at the newest boutique Red Lemon Storein West Hollywood. The boutique is new but it’s spreading like wild fire in Hollywood with its hip atmosphere, sexy fashion, and beauty lines along with its all star clientele.

I was extremely excited to find Beyonce and Tina Knowles' House of Dereon especially because some of their stuff is beyond sexy, and I didn’t know where to find it in LA. If you’re not in the Los Angeles region, no worries you can log on to and get your Beyonce gear as well as lines like Sasha Collection, Voom, Modern Amusement, Frankie B, Tokidoki, 575, Rocksmith Tokyo and many more.

The store was jam packed with Ludacris fanatics waiting to meet the hot artist while his new album was playing in the background. This album is different from what Ludacris has done before, it has a new direction. The 29 year old artist gets personal and addresses family issues, God, and even gets political. in his. I have to admit ever since last night I can’t get track number three out of my head “Money Maker”, this song is definitely going to be a big hit on the dance floors. At the party I got a chance to catch up with Ludacris who was extra sweet and hanging out with Too $hort, who just dropped his sixteenth album “Blow the Whistle”, Lil Jon, Esthero and film and video director Bryan Barber.

I got a chance to catch up with founder and store owner Phnewfula, who has made her store a one stop shopping experience along with a culture store environment mixing music, fashion, and beauty products.

At the store you'll be able to find out where the hottest underground events are taking place in Los Angeles as well as the occasional impromptu performances by some of her friends on her "what's hot" bulletin board. This high-end boutique simplifies life and keeps those in the know in style by offering an array of items catering to hip male and female taste makers, skater kids and hip hop divas all in one place. The Red Lemon store brings in celebrity clients such as Taryn Manning, Sanaa Lathan, Gabrielle Union, Golden Brooks, Pharrell Williams, Talib Kweli, NAS, Kanye West, Ludacris and Common.

Red Lemon is located at 7494A Santa Monica Boulevard.
