Audience Upset Over Heath Ledger Scene In Dark Night Screening

Heath Ledger
Heath Ledger's portrayal of The Joker in the upcoming movie The Dark Knight might be a little too much for audiences to handle.

An early screening of the movie left viewers stunned to see Heath's character playing dead in a bodybag.  The unsettling scene has prompted studio bosses at Warner Brothers to consider cutting the footage from the sequel when it hits theaters in July.

While it is very disturbing to see given the circumstances, it doesn't seem like Heath would have wanted it to happen. A source close to Hollyscoop that worked on the film said Heath put his heart and soul into his role as the Joker. It only seems right to keep his entire performance, or as much as possible, in the movie.

DO NOT EDIT THE SCENE OUT!

This is ridiculous. The movie should not be edited at all. If anything needed to be edited it was the real footage of Heath in a body bag being wheeled into an ambulance by the paparazzi and videographers that lack respect and tack. Give me a break and give Heath a break. NO EDITING THE DARK NIGHT!!!!!

you are very right nilsa. his fans should enjoy his last complete role. he put his life and soul into this movie which technically led to his death so we should be able to enjoy it.

NO!!!! They should definetley not edit that scene from the movie. Heath said himself that the role of the Joker was the most fun he's ever had. The joker was his last completed role, let his fans enjoy his last performance.
