Comic book movies are huge right now! And now there's a Spider-Man spin-off in the works. According to empireonline.com, the movie will focus on Spider-Man's arch nemesis, Venom, who appeared in the third installment of the movies.
If you aren't too familiar with Venom, he appeared in Spider-Man 3, and inhabited the body of the photojournalist played by Topher Grace.
The film will come after Spider-Man 4, which is expected to hit theaters in 2011.
