Katie Holmes is on a roll! Not only is she rocking TV shows, she's reportedly in talks to star in the
Sex and the City sequel, which is due out in May 2010.
Katie will take on the role of a feisty New York businesswoman who infuriates
Kim Cattrall’s character Samantha Jones in the forthcoming sequel.
A source said: “The character they want her to play is a really ballsy, high-powered company executive who tangles with Samantha.”
As Hollyscoop had previously reported, shooting for the
Sex and the City sequel has been delayed and won't start again until late August.

Guess Mrs. Tom Cruise won't be joining the sexy ladies after all. "Totally fabricated story," Holmes' rep, Ina Treciokas, told E! News of the tall tale sprung by a British tabloid.
