We can all breathe a sigh of relief—Mr. Big will be back for the
Sex and the City sequel.
A few weeks earlier, Chris Noth was reportedly dragging his feet when it came to signing on for the sequel because of scheduling problems. Other sources said the delay had to do with salary negotiations.
But all is well as
Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed to E! New yesterday that Noth has in fact signed on to play Big. But don’t expect to get any plot details out of her.
She told reporters at the Tribeca Film Festival, “I don’t know anything yet.”
Even steamier news is that Gilles Marini may be reprising his role as well. And when Gilles is in a scene, one need not worry what it about, because you can bank on the fact that he’ll be shirtless!
Of Gilles, SJP said, "I don't know anything specific about a story for him, but it's very possible."
It’s funny, but were just as excited about these two male characters signing on, as we are to have all four ladies back!
