Renee Zellweger will be packing on the pounds for her next role! She’ll be reprising her role as Bridget Jones in the third installment of the film series.
In the first two Bridget Jones’ movies, Renee beefed up to play the main character based on Helen Fieldings’ books. As you may recall, Renee was nominated for an Oscar for her work on the original.
According to
Variety, this third installment is in the very early stages of development, and is expected to go into production next year. It will likely focus on Bridget’s desire to have a child before it’s too late.
We can only imagine how funny this one will be. Bridget always seems to get herself into a bind!
