Pamela Anderson Gets Carried Away With Animal Rights

Pamela Anderson
Pamela Anderson isn't the brightest bulb.  She's getting a little carried away with the animals rights. We get it, she's a PETA representative, but this is a little much.

She recently refused to work with a dog on the set of Superhero Movie because she thinks training dogs to work on films is wrong.  She was so outraged at the thought of it that she stormed off the set.  It would be great to hear what her reasoning is on this.

It's not like the crew is torturing the dog in any way. Every dog that's ever been on TV looks psyched, because they know they're getting a treat as soon as the director yells "cut".   The director of Superhero tried to have the scenes edited to make it look like the dog belonged to Pam, but in the end had to cut the scenes altogether.

Standing up for animals really ticks off people, eh? Want to see someone "carried away?" Vist a slaughter house for an hour or so, or a research lab in which animals are tortured without mercy, Or read the news every day relating the cruelties inflicted upon the creatures of our planet. Carried Away? Yeah...Beware of Man! Thank goodness for PETA, Pamela and all of the dedicated animal advocates who are ridiculed for speaking out for the unspeakable brutalities against animals.

Hmmm..."morally consistent"? The words "moral" and "Pamela Anderson are mutually exclusive. If she gave her children half as much thought as she gives her "causes", they'd be better off. But I digress - if she was to be "morally consistent", she would refuse to be in the movie, period. Ah, but then she wouldn't get a paycheck, would she?

I don't know much about Pam, but I think she abstains from eating animal products as well as not wearing clothes made from animals. One could surmise that she subscribes to a moral principle along the lines of, "animals are not resources and are not here for human ends" no matter how "psyched" they are. If that's the case, it looks like she's being morally consistent in this instance as opposed to "going to far".
