New Moon Script Found in Trash

New Moon
A salon owner in St. Louis, Missouri got more than expected when she went to throw the trash out. She found the script to one of the most anticipated movies of the year--New Moon.

Casey Ray found the screenplay in the trash, along with another script for a movie entitled Memoirs in a trash bin while waiting for her boyfriend to finish work.

Luckily for movie bosses, she turned the script in right away and didn't leak the information to the press, or try to sell it.

A representative for the studio says, "We thank Ms. Ray for doing the right thing."

Casey said she was hoping to keep the script as a collector's item but movie bosses said they would make up for it by inviting her to the premieres of both movies. Can't say no to that!

So how did the script end up in the trash in the first place? Apparently actress Anna Kendrick, who stars in the vampire flicks, was recently filming in a hotel near where the items were found. Her rep denied that she would just toss her scripts in the trash, but so far it's the only logical explanation.
