Director Ridley Scott is passing go and probably collecting more than $200 on this next film! He’s set to make a big screen adaptation of Monopoly.
He’s been signed by Universal to bring the board game to theaters. And according to the Hollywood Reporter, Ridley will give the movie a futuristic edge. Maybe he should set it in present time, where people are trying to sell their version of Park Place because they can’t afford their mortgage payments! Baltic Ave....
