Word on the street is that she’s the latest young actress being considered for the leading female role in
Footloose.
A source close to the tween tells
E! News,"They've expressed interest in Miley for the part.” A source close to the production also added that Miley is “definitely in the mix.”
Now the competition is between Hayden Panettiere, Amanda Bynes, Julianna Hough, and Miley. And those are just the ones we’ve heard about! The role is of Ariel Moore, the independent daughter of a preacher.
Just as an example of how big a star Miley is, she didn’t have to audition for the role. That’s right, all her previous work has apparently proven her ability to sing and dance.
