Michael Bay is hanging his big blockbuster shoes for a while because he feels like the world has had enough
Transformers for a while.
"After the three and a half years I've spent making these movies, I feel like I've had enough of the Transformers world," says Bay. "I need to do something totally divergent, something without any explosions."
It’s safe to say that every time Michael Bay makes a Transformers movie, he can take a 5 yearlong vacation because it makes so much money at the box office.
Bay is currently working on other movies that are probably gonna be huge in theatres. He has
Cocaine Cowboys and
A Nightmare on Elm Street which are slated for 2010 release.
