Mel Gibson

The screenwriter of The Passion of the Christ Benedict Fitzgerald is suing Mel Gibson for fraud and breach of contract.  He filed the complaint with LA Superior Court today, claiming Mel deceived him into thinking the film would be a low-budget, $4-$7 million project and Gibson's "personal gift to his faith."

Little did he know that this margarita slugging, drunk driving guy was gonna make zillions on that picture! Personal gift my ass.  I feel bad for this Benedict guy, but seriously get with it.  And he's only suing Mel for $5 mil. He needs to up that price to billion status.
