Critics Slam New Moon

We highly doubt any real Twi-hard cares what the critics think, but the initial ratings for New Moon are less than par. Any fan of the book series knows Edward disappears for most of New Moon. But that leaves room for plenty of Jacob!

Nonetheless, numerous critics have spoken distastefully about the Twilight sequel, and here’s what they have to say:

In exactly 11 days women, children and even young men will line up in front of theaters hoping to catch the first showing of The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

Twilight to be Re-Released in Theaters

What could be better than going to see New Moon in the theater on November 20th? Seeing Twilight as well, of course! The original movie in the franchise is coming back to the big screen.

Summitt Entertainment announced today that they are re-releasing Twilight out in theaters on November 19th, which is the day before New Moon comes out.

New Moon Director Wants Fans to Cry

Director Chris Weitz is passionate about his latest project, New Moon. And he wants fans to really feel the emotion in the movie when it comes out in theaters next month.

Weitz told People, "We've tried our best to deliver on the romantic scenes in the film, and I would like to be able to produce more tears than any movie before, if possible. If we could only weigh them with some kind of cubic tear measure!"

A brand new clip of New Moon has just debuted on iTunes! The clip features Bella confronting the wolf pack. She accuses the guys of scaring Jacob, and slaps Paul.

If you’re a fan of the books, you know what happens when the Quileute boys get angry…they turn into wolves.

Twilight Wins Big at Scream Awards

Twilight won big last night at the Scream Awards, winning four awards including Best Fantasy Movie, while Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson were named Best Fantasy Actor in the Female and Male categories respectively.

Their co-star Taylor Lautner won Breakout Performance Male, while ‘Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen’ starlet Isabel Lucas was named Breakout Performance Female.

Hottie Megan Fox won for Best Sci-Fi Actress and took the opportunity to clear up some nasty rumors surrounding her...
No Nudity in New Moon

Despite a rumor that started last week, there will not be any nudity in New Moon! Last week, actor Jamie Campbell Bower, who plays an evil member of the Volturi clan of vampires in the film, told MTV that there’s a scene in the upcoming film in which "we just all sit there, completely naked."

That got Twilight fans buzzing, wondering how they would write that into the film when it didn’t follow the book! But now we’ve learned...
