Kate Winslet is tired of being nominated for an Academy Award and going home empty-handed.
Kate's been nominated three times for Best Actress and twice for Best Supporting Actress, but has yet to take home an Oscar.
Although this years Academy Award nominations haven't been announced yet, she's not only hoping for a nod, but a win!
She tells Britain's Reveal magazine, "I want to win, I'm not denying that. I don't want to be sitting there with a fixed grin on my face while someone else wins. But we all do that, don't we?"
Sure, it’s an "honor just to be nominated" but how many times can she go home empty handed? She's such an amazing actress, and has yet to take home Mr. Oscar. Do you think 09 could be her year?
