J.K. Rowling Needs To Stop With The Lawsuits

J.K. Rowling has gone a little overboard with the lawsuits. The Harry Potter author was at court again this morning, and this time, it was to protect her family's privacy.

She and her husband were there to win a ban against future publication of photos taken of her son David without his consent.  They brought the case last year after a photo was taken of the couple pushing their 18-month-old in a stroller.

"We understand and accept that with the success of Harry Potter there will be a measure of legitimate media and public interest in Jo's professional activities and appearances," the couple said in a statement after the ruling. "However, we have striven to give our children a normal family life outside the media spotlight."

Lady, get with the times! Can you imagine if Brad and Angelina or Tom and Katie went to court every time a picture was taken of their children? They would live there! We say just accept it as a part of being a mega star. Paparazzi aren't going anywhere!

Sorry, but everyone, no matter who they are, has the right to their privacy. And this case was initial files nearly two years ago. The son, who was 18 months old in the photo, is now 5 years old.
