Jamie Foxx says he's desperate to play the first black James Bond.
After
Barack Obama became the first black president, the current Bond
Daniel Craig suggested that they celebrate by having the next Bond be African American. Foxx not only agreed, but he wants the part!
"I'd put a little swing in it. A little hip-hop, you know. Maybe not drinking martinis, but drinking some Hennessey maybe. Bond would drink dark liquor," said Foxx.
He adds, "I was in London and I had to give an award to Daniel Craig… and I went up and said, ‘Bond. Black Bond.’ And everybody just lost it... Black Bond would be cool."
That would actually be really cool, but do you guys think Foxx would be right for the role? We can see Will Smith being a slick Bond. What do you guys think?
