Jake Gyllenhaal has been cast in the upcoming Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer-produced movie, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, which was adapted from the video game.
Joining Jake in the cast is Bond girl Gemma Arterton. The two must join forces to prevent their enemies from taking the god-given Sands of Time, which enables its owner to turn back time.
Word on the street is that they're trying to make this a huge franchise on the scale of Pirates Of The Carribean.
