It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Hilary Swank. The Oscar winner will portray Amelia Earhart in the movie Amelia. The script was delivered right before the strike, and is based on Susan Butler's book, East To The Dawn.
Swank will play pilot Earhart in her formative years, when she was asked to be a part of a media event to be the first female pilot to make a nonstop trip across the Atlantic. Filming starts in April.
