Robert Downey Jr. stars as a detective in a battle of the wits with his partner Watson, played by Jude Law, against their nemesis, whose deadly plot could destroy all of England. Rachel McAdams plays the love interest Irene, and Mark Strong is Lord Blackwood.
This is a much darker Sherlock Holmes than you might expect!
The cinematography looks great! Sherlock Holmes comes out in theaters Christmas Day 2009.
