Bryce Dallas Howard(daughter of director Ron Howard) is the latest addition to the
Twilight franchise! But many fans might be upset that Bryce is actually replacing Rachelle Lefevre in the role of Victoria.
It seems a little soap opera to replace a character with another raven-haired actress, but Summitt Entertainment says it was due to a scheduling conflict.
They said in a statement: “Rachelle brought “Victoria” to great screen life and Bryce will bring a new dimension to the character. The franchise is lucky to have such a talented actress as Bryce coming in to fill the role."
Rachelle played Victoria in Twilight, and reprised it for the upcoming
New Moon, but Bryce will take over for
Eclipse. The third installment starts production in Vancouver in August.
