Ben Stiller is being recognized this year for his career in Hollywood at the Museum of Moving Image's 24th Annual black tie event. It'll be a star-studded event, paying tribute to Ben by presenting clips from his films. It'll take place in New York on November 12th.

The museum's director Rochelle Slovin says, "Ben Stiller is one of the great talents of American entertainment: a memorable actor, an accomplished director and writer, an Emmy Award winner and an innovative producer."

We wonder if his receiving his award this year has anything to do with the fact that a Night At The Museum 2 is currently shooting…Do you think Ben is a good recipient for this award?
