Anthony Hopkins to Play Hannibal Lecter Again

Hannibal Lecter is coming back to the big screen! Anthony Hopkins is teaming up with director Ridley Scott to bring back his most infamous role.

Hopkins will reprise his cannibalistic serial killer for the fourth time in a second sequel to the 1991 hit film The Silence of the Lambs, for which he won a Best Actor Oscar.

Paltrow and Hopkins Confirmed for King Lear

Talk about an all-star cast! Anthony Hopkins was just confirmed to play King Lear. But don't expect a modern twist on the Shakespearean tragedy, Hopkins says he's "not very fond of the modern adaptations."

Anthony Hopkins Didn't Read Beowulf Script

A-list actor Anthony Hopkins claims to have signed up for his latest movie 'Beowulf' without even reading the script.

Hopkins had never even heard of the English poem that the movie is based on. I don't blame him--I had to read it in college and I've been trying to forget it since.

He says, "I never read the book. The script is good but I have to admit I only read part of it - I only read my part."
