Critically Acclaimed "Bella" Out On DVD Today

These days it's hard finding a movie that has less action and more meaning. Thank goodness for Bella, the critically acclaimed independent film is now available on DVD.

Directed by Alejandro Gomez Monteverde, the movie stars Mexican actor Eduardo Verastegui, Ali Landry and Tammy Blanchard. The plot entails an international soccer star who is on his way to sign a multi-million dollar contract when a series of events unfold that bring his career to an abrupt end. Bella Gets Honored In Hollywood

One movie that made it on our favorites list this past year is Bella. The film has been getting a lot of attention, so much attention that it took the top prize at the Toronto International Film Festival winning the 'People's Choice Award.'

Ali Landry Talks About Her Latest Flick

"Bella" star Ali Landry talks to Hollyscoop about her latest flick. The actress worked with her husband Alejandro Monteverde who directed the movie which is doing well at the box office.

The movie also recieved honors from the Toronto Film Festival, the Smithsonian and the White House. We caught up with the actress and she gave us the scoop on the movie and working with her hubby. Check out the video.
