But don't forget that the movie opened with preview screenings on Monday night. The estimated grand total coming in at $152.5 million. Wow, that's big!
If these numbers actually hold when final numbers are released on Monday, that would give 'Transformers' the biggest first week revenues ever for a non-sequel, passing the $151.6 million of 2002's 'Spider-Man.'
