While Lindsay Lohan is in hiding, her movie is crashing and burning at the box office. Her film, ‘I know Who Killed Me’ which opened in theaters on Friday made a measly 3.4 million over the weekend coming in at 9. Well we sorta expected it considering the reviews it was getting. There you have it! As we mentioned during the week, Transformers was and is a BIG hit at the big screen. Michael Bay must be a very happy man now!

The movie debuted with $67.6 million in ticket sales in its first weekend.

But don't forget that the movie opened with preview screenings on Monday night. The estimated grand total coming in at $152.5 million. Wow, that's big!

"Transformers" has been one of the most anticipated films of the summer. The movie pushed forward it’s release date twice because people were so amped to see the film.

The film took in $8.8 million from Monday and Tuesday night screenings only.. Transformers was the third-best recorded by a movie in similar preview screenings. First, obviously went to "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" with $13.2 million and second was 1996's "Independence Day" with $11.1 million.

"Night at the Museum" was the big winner at the box office this weekend. Ben Stiller’s movie defeated Sly’s Rocky Balboa, which also opened this weekend. The list below is the estimated ticket sales for Friday through Sunday at U.S. and Canadian theatres, according to Media By Numbers LLC.

Hottie Daniel Craig is actually worried about Casino Royale being too successful. He thinks that he now has to set the bar higher for himself and has to live up to that for his next flick.
