Morgan Freeman's Wife Files for Divorce

Morgan Freeman hasn't even recovered from his car accident, and he already has some bad news coming his way--his wife Myrna Colley-Lee is reportedly filing for divorce.

The couple, who has been together for 24 years, has reportedly been separated since December of 2007 even though they were photographed together as recently as April of 2008.

Freeman's lawyer and business partner Bill Luckett told Access Hollywood that they “are involved in a divorce action,” but wouldn't give any further details.

A Hollywood couple lasting 4 years is rare, much less 24 years! Wonder if something scandalous went down? On a side note, the woman who was in the car with Morgan at the time of the crash was Demaris Meyer, who was described as a family friend. Friends with benefits? If so, that would be a horrible way to have their relationship made public!
