Morgan Freeman Needs Surgery After Accident

If you all recall Morgan Freeman was involved in a serious car accident yesterday, in which he had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital for some serious injuries.

Freeman suffered from multiple broken ribs and a knee injury, and we just got word that he fractured his left elbow and will undergo surgery tonight or tomorrow afternoon.

Freeman's business partner Bill Lucketts, told ET that his injuries will take several month to heal, but the upside is that he's in good spirits and fully conscious. Get well soon Morgan!
