Moment Of Truth

It's the end of the barbs and barbells. After eight episodes of bulging dramas involving SkyLab, a lesbian cruise, a weekend retreat, romantic entanglements and ego struggles, the real-world fitness series goes into closing cooldown mode. In tonight's Season 3 finale, good-health maverick Jackie and gal pal Brianna dissect their relationship. In other developments, Greg and Renessa comfort Rebecca in the wake of her broken romance; clients participate in a final boot camp; and Jackie and Co. rejoice in the release of their fitness DVD.
Hell's Kitchen @ 9pm
It's almost imperceptible at first, but it happens every year: Chef Ramsay gets progressively nicer, or at least less nasty, as the contest heats up. He can still be counted on to be an invective-spewing Vesuvius at dinner service, of course, and you can count on no less tonight, with the chefs' opportunity of mangling a dozen dishes. But there are fewer eruptions and — now that hapless Matt is finally gone — fewer reasons for them. Tonight, Bobby, Christina, Corey, Jen and Petrozza give cooking pointers to housewives, and the one who does it best gets pointers in return from L.A. chefs Mark Peel and Ben (son of Harrison) Ford.
30 Days @ 10pm
Ray Crockett has two Super Bowl rings to show for his 14 years as a cornerback for the Lions, Broncos and Chiefs. He also walked away from the NFL in 2002 in one piece. The same can't be said for his Lions teammate Mike Utley, who was paralyzed in a 1991 game they both played in. But not walking and not playing are two different things, as Crockett discovers when he tries to keep up with his new teammates on a wheelchair-rugby team he joins — temporarily — after he volunteers to spend 30 days in a wheelchair. To put an exclamation mark on that point, series creator Morgan Spurlock challenges Paralympian Marlon Shirley to a footrace. Guess who eats dust.
The Moment of Truth @ 8pm
"Moment of Truth" continues to turns up the heat on contestants this summer, tempting them to reveal deep, dark, and potentially relationship-threatening secrets while hooked up to lie detector tests for the opportunity to win $500,000. Last week a former flight attendant and Hooters waitress admitted she'd slept with a customer and been hospitalized with an eating disorder. She also revealed to her friend, an aspiring musician, that she doesn't think he has what it takes to make it in the business. Even worse, she admitted (with her father looking on) that her dad ruined her childhood and she'd never want to marry a man like him. Will a new contestant reveal even more this week?

If you haven't seen "Moment of Truth" you're literally missing out on life! It's the funniest show, the show takes contestants, straps them to a lie detector test, and asks them 21 intensely personal questions.
Tyra Banks was on the show last night and was asked if she was jealous of Oprah. She gave some speech about how Oprah has been on longer than she has, blah blah blah, and finally said "No, of course not." But of course she was lying! The clip is too funny, check it out for yourself.

'The Moment of Truth' premieres tonight on Fox, and I can't freaking wait! It looks like it's going to be such a cool show.
But I don't know if I could ever be a contestant on that show. Check out this clip, and watch it tonight on Fox at 9.
