Molly Shannon Joining Glee

Glee has added yet another guest star to their repertoire! Saturday Night Live alum Molly Shannon is reportedly joining the cast of the musical TV show!

Show reps confirm to EW that Molly will be added to the show at the end of this season. She’ll be playing "Brenda Castle, the busty 45-year old new astronomy teacher and badminton coach at McKinley High School who is both an alcoholic and a pill-popper."

Genius! Insiders say Shannon’s character doesn’t exactly get along with Jane Lynch’s Sue Sylvester. But then again, who does Sue play nice with?!

As for now, Molly has only been written into one episode, but if she does well, there may be a recurring role in store for her!
