Mischa To Avoid Jail

Mischa Barton's a smart little cookie, she's struck up a deal to avoid serving jail time for driving drunk. Barton is set to plead 'no contest' this coming Thursday in a Beverly Hills Courtroom.

As apart of the plea bargain, Barton will get unsupervised probation for three years and have to attend alcohol classes for three months as well as pay a small fine.

Mischa's charge of marijuana possession is expected to be dropped and another charge of driving without a license will be reduced to a traffic violation.

Even if she did serve jail time she'd be in and out of there before most of us finish a lunch break.
