Mischa Barton going on drug binges are "fabricated" like her rep insists, there has to be some sort of explanation for her behavior in this video.
A few weeks before Mischa was admitted to a psych ward under a 5150 hold, she hosted the annual Harrod's sale in London.
During an interview with Handbag.com, Mischa seems really dazed and confused. She had a blank stare and it would take her a while to answer really simple questions.
To put it frankly, she seemed like she was possibly under the influence of a substance. Either that or she hasn't slept for days.

Aside from fashion, Mischa briefly talked about her new show
The Beautiful Life. "I'm starting filming again soon. It's a hour drama so I'll definitely be working really hard again soon," she told the reporter.
Two weeks after this interview Mischa was escorted by police to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre where she remains under an involuntary psychiatric hold.
