Mischa Barton Released From Jail

Mischa Barton who was arrested earlier this morning for driving under the influence, possession of narcotics(we still don't know what) and last but not least driving on a suspended license has just been released from jail.

Her mother picked her up in a black Mercedes around 10:05AM and Mischa was seen laying down in the back of the car in order to not be seen.

yay i love her n nicole n paris n lindsay n brit brit...they may have troubles but they are such good role models....so what eberyone drinks n drives sometimes plus she is so beautiful and such a talented actress n everyone will just forget all this happened in a few days anyway... oh i forgot--jamie lynn too, i love her to pieces --congrats on the baby!!!

These young hollywood starlets are a bunch of booze hound, drug addicted, irresponsible, insecure, out of control, bad actresses! I thought this chic was one that might go under the radar but sure enough like clockwork she's out getting her DUI like the rest of them. What the hell is going on with these kids? I call them kids because they certainly don't act like adults. In and out of jail and rehabs. Throwing their careers away (although Paris and Nicole never had one to begin with). It's pathetic. They are the worst influence on the youth of today.

I agree with rebecca that her friends and not to mention her environment are probably the main source of the her troubles. What she needs right now is some drastic changes in her life. I say get the hell outta LA- move to New York City or London, dump all your pot smoking, binge drinking friends, definetly change your hair color- it looks a tad bit trashy blonde, get a mature and stable boyfriend, find a new stylist, even though you don't really need to you should start doing daily workouts-just to tone up a bit! Also concentrate even harder on your work! I know you have like nine movies coming out already but work can keep your mind off things. If Mischa does all of this and maintains composure and class, she will regain herself. Get better Mischa- and next time take a cab!

In the photo shot of Mischa's police report, the cops have put her last name as 'Burton' instead of Barton... cops (especially American) are so fucking stupid.

There is no difference between a 'celeb' and a 'normal' person; however, eachtime 'celebs' drink and drive or hit and run, they get a 'get out of jail free card.' They get an extremely light punishment, or they do not get a punishment at all. I am disgusted by these people. They may have money and 'fame', but are they not humans like the rest of us? Why can they receive special, insipid courtesies, and we cannot? Because we do not have money or we never acted poorly in a overrated TV sitcom. I am irritated by these people, and the consensus of the American population feel the same way. Stop support these people. Maybe you are as bad as them!
