It's safe to assume
Mischa Barton left the psych ward way too soon and she should be in rehab instead of on set for a TV show.
Mischa's friends are not only worried about her hectic new work schedule, but she's started partying again.
Family friend Eric Ziegenbein told Heat magazine: "It's scary to see her out right after she's received treatment. When I found out she'd been partying again, I was shocked. I thought she would chill out for a bit.
"The fact she was out right away proves she's not taking things seriously enough. It was like a big 'f**k you.' She's too proud and independent sometimes."
As you may recall Mischa was placed under a 5150 hold at a psych ward in Los Angeles, which is an involuntary hold. You are only placed on a 5150 hold if hospital staff feels you are a danger to yourself, gravely disabled or suicidal.
Another friend, Suzanne Coppin, is frustrated Mischa isn't listening to the advice from close friends and family members and is starting to spiral out of control again.
She explained: "She has a support group, but it's obvious she's ignoring them. I'm disappointed she's not taking advice and is still doing her own thing."
Another friend added, "There still are issues. Mischa's just not herself at all. I think she's gone back to work too soon."
Mischa really needed to take some time off from work and concentrate on her well being, and battle her demons. The last place she needs to be at right now is on the set of a TV show about models--or out partying.
