Mischa Barton was arrested for a DUI in the wee hours of the morning.
Hollyscoop has confirmed through the Sheriff’s department that Mischa’s bail was set at $10,000.
TMZ.com confirmed that Barton is still being held in custody.
Barton was driving without a license and was caught with possession of prescription medication without a prescription. More details coming soon!

- ACTRESS MISCHA ANNE BARTON AFTER HER VEHICLE WAS SEEN STRADDLING TWO LANES OF TRAFFIC AND
- FAILED TO SIGNAL WHEN MAKING A TURN.
- DURING MS. BARTON'S DETENTION, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT SHE WAS AN UNLICENSED DRIVER
AND WAS DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE.
- MS. BARTON WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO WEST HOLLYWOOD SHERIFF'S STATION
WHERE THE BOOKING PROCESS WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
- SHE IS BEING HELD IN LIEU OF $10,000 BAIL.
