Back from Paris Fashion Week, Mischa Barton already hit the shops on Melrose for some shopping. Barton is quiet the multi-tasker, you see her with her shopping bags, coffee on hand, and carrying one dog while walking the other.

When she returned to her black SUV, the actress found a parking ticket on the windscreen, picked it up and drove off. "She didn't seem too upset," one onlooker said. "She looked at it as if to say 'Oh dear, not again' and went on her way."
