Hollywood is a harsh mistress. Sometimes the spotlight is too overbearing for celebrities, and they have to take some time away from it. After the record-breaking success of Avatar, Zoe Saldana admits she almost had a mental breakdown.

In the September issue of Latina, Saldana says, "The year after Avatar was just emotionally overwhelming. I was traveling all over the world, waking up in different time zones. Your body gets exhausted, and by the end of the year I just collapsed."

When she began training for Colombiana in Paris, Saldana says she had her breakdown:

"I was sitting in my hotel room, and I couldn't stop crying. I couldn't stay awake. I must have slept for an entire month. It took me the rest of the year, even as I was working and shooting Colombiana, to pick myself up. Thank God my family was there.”

Mischa Barton, who hasn't really done much with her acting career since the OC is reportedly planning on quitting Hollywood and moving to London with her new boyfriend.

Heat magazine is reporting that she has been dating DJ Ali Love for only one month but she already wants to ditch the states and move to London to be with him.

A source Heat: “Mischa’s found a great new guy. She can’t wait to move to London to be with him. It’s already in the works.”

Mischa is planning on doing theatre work in London rather than attempting to work on movies in the U.S. We think that actually might be good for her!

The source added: “Instead of Hollywood gigs, Mischa’s focusing on a stage career in the West End. She wants to spend a year in London and see where things go with both the theatre and Ali. She’s so happy to be starting afresh. She’s so in love!”

Barton was actually born in London and lived there until she was six years old.

Mischa is another Lindsay Lohan. She had so much potential to make a big name for herself, but she just threw it all away because of the lifestyle she adopted. A move to London is a wise choice!

Mischa Barton finally landed herself a job—albeit the role of a hooker—and she’s still causing problems. Mischa has been on the set of Law & Order: SVU this week playing a prostitute, and reports suggest she hasn’t made any friends on set.

Show sources tell RadarOnline that the rest of the SVU cast, including Mariska Hargitay, is losing patience. The insider says Mischa kept forgetting her lines and forced the crew to shoot just her scene all day long.

“She only had seven lines, seven!” said the source. “Each time she would mess up she would forget her lines and Mariska kept prompting her and saying ‘it’s your line Mischa’.”

Hargitay and the cast and crew on set were reportedly very annoyed by Mischa’s “unprofessionalism.” She must have known how frustrating it was, since she apparently kept saying, “Sorry,” each time she missed her lines.

You would think that Mischa would be trying to prove herself since this is her first job since the cancellation of The Beautiful Life! Professionalism goes a long way in this buiness!

We're not quite sure when girl on girl kisses became the new black, but everyone is jumping on the bandwagon. Mischa Barton is the latest star to confess that she'd rather have a lesbian scene in a movie then have to make out with a male actor.

Mischa said of her lesbian roles: “I don’t know why that keeps coming up. It doesn’t annoy me that much. It’s so much easier to kiss another girl. You’re so much more relaxed filming and you can have a laugh. It can get a bit tense with a guy.”

Mischa already has a few girl on girl scenes under her belt. When she was on The O.C. her character Marissa Cooper had a relationship with Alex Kelly, played by Olivia Wilde and in the TV series Once and Again, she was pictured kissing Evan Rachel Wood.

And of course the third times the charm. In 2008 she starred in You and I, which was about two teenage girls falling in love after meeting at a concert. They got caught up in drugs and murder and the rest is movie history.

Maybe another girl on girl movie is just what Mischa needs to get her career back on track. The Beautiful Life got canceled after just one episode so she really needs to explore her options right now.
