Rico Rodriquez, the 13-year-old who plays Manny Delgado on “Modern Family,” tells Hollyscoop exclusively that he is writing a book!
Yeah, he’s only just begun his teenage years and he’s penning an autobiography! What have you accomplished today?
“Yes, I’m actually currently writing a book it’s called ‘Real Life Lessons So Far,’” Rodriguez tells us at the 14th Annual Young Hollywood Presented by Bing.
Apparently, the young actor has life lessons for us at his ripe age of 13? He must be a wise old soul.
We asked the actor what kind of life lessons we can expect from his book, but he tells us, “Well, I can’t tell you much right now because I’m still in the writing process but when I can I will definitely let you guys know.”
The child actors on “Modern Family” are a very smart bunch. Nolan Gould who plays Luke is actually a member of the high-IQ society, Mensa.
Both Nolan Gould and Rico Rodriquez took home the “Scene Stealer Award” last night at the Young Hollywood awards for their excellent work on the famous sitcom.
In the meantime, Rodriquez is picking up some work in addition to “Modern Family.”
"I guest starred on an episode of ‘R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour,’” reports the actor.
So again, what have you accomplished today?
