Miranda Kerr is mom to fourteen-month old Flynn, her son with actor Orlando Bloom. And while she’s been enjoying motherhood, Miranda is just not ready to sport another baby bump anytime soon.
I'm not ready for another baby just yet,” Miranda tells Hollyscoop at the photocall for the Victoria's Secret 2012 SWIM Collection. “Because I want to spend as much time with him (Flynn) as I can, and I’d want to put a lot of energy into him.”
Miranda tells us that, perhaps in a few years, she’ll start thinking about giving Flynn a brother or sister.
“Until he’s at least three,” she tells Hollyscoop. “I’m not ready for another just yet.”
We asked the Victoria's Secret model how being a mom has changed her life, and she told us she’s been transformed “in every way.”
“He’s the most beautiful thing, the best thing that’s ever happened to me,” Miranda tells Hollyscoop. “It’s wonderful.”
So what about her marriage to Orlando? Miranda says parenthood has helped them bond even more.
“It brings you together, for sure,” she tells us.
Miranda and Orlando welcomed Flynn into the world in January of 2011, with Miranda saying the experience was wonderful—but painful.
“I’ve never been through so much pain, but I was totally present the entire time, focusing on my breath and meditating,” she’s said in the past. “I kept thinking, how do women do this? But if other women have done this, I can do it, too. I was determined. I actually thought I was going to die at one point and left my body.”
But a year later, and Miranda has gotten over her labor pains and is just focusing on Flynn’s milestones. She tells Hollyscoop:
“He’s doing high fives, I think that’s pretty cute.”
