If you didn’t get enough of Miley Cyrus’ “We Can’t Stop” performance with Robin Thicke at this year’s VMAs, you’re just going to have to be satisfied with that lone performance. There won’t be another.
When Miley took the stage for Power 96.1’s Jingle Ball in Atlanta yesterday, the singer explained why.
“Everyone else’s biggest moment of me was the VMAs,” she said. “That was probably my biggest moment, I was pretty stoked to perform there, excited, you know.”
That’s when Miley quipped, “I doubt they’re ever gonna ask me back.”
But that’s all according to Miley, and not even she can confidently indicate whether she’ll return or not (she later added, “Just kidding. Who knows” to her on-stage vamp).
Miley’s performance was the most watched video on MTV this year and generated huge ratings for the VMAs, so we wouldn’t rule out another appearance from the singer just yet.
