Miley Cyrus performed her hit “We Can’t Stop” at the VMAs last night and terrified attendees with her raunch-tastic display of carnival tomfoolery.
From the bears, to the boring dancing, to the grinding and the Robin Thicke molestation, Miley was 50 shades of BAD and of course Robin Thicke’s wife, Miley’s dad, Miley’s friends, and Miley’s old co-stars have all weighed in on the performance we would [Taylor] Swiftly like to forget.
Robin Thicke’s mom told @omgInsider, “I don’t understand what Miley Cyrus is trying to do. It was so over the top as to almost be a parody of itself.”
Robin Thicke’s wife Paula Patton apparently told someone, who told TMZ that she was “all good” with the performance.
Miley’s team of professional handlers and entourage are reportedly “freaking about that performance. They saw the rehearsals, but those were really played down compared to the live performance.”
Miley’s former “mom” on “Hannah Montana” a.k.a. actress Brooke Shields told the “Today” show that Miley was “a bit desperate.”
Miley’s dad Billy Ray tweeted just moments after the performance, “Thanking God for so many blessings tonight…More love…less hate.”
