Miley Cyrus has finally gotten over the Annie Leibovitz photo scandal, and now there's another one!

A hacker who goes by the name of Digital Gangster has apparently gotten a hold of her phone's picture memory and stolen pics of Miley. They feature her in the shower with only a wet t-shirt on.

The douche bag is now shopping the pictures around to publications in hopes of making a buck off of them. What creep makes a living doing that?! We hope no one picks up the photos, for Miley's sake!

i honestly dont believe the bad ones are her. you can easily tell when theyre photoshopped. but the ones that arent bad at all might be real. when all that photo scandal crap happened she was starting to do really good with her music, acting, and tv show, and somebody had to pull up dirt on her because she was so positive and a great role model so someone wanted to mess up her career. her fans are still here for her though:) i love you, miles!

Do you guys honestly think that that's really Miley who posted that comment? She wouldn't do that & if she did, she would do it in an interview or something. It's probably a fan thats trying to stand up for Miley.

I think it's nice that Miley wrote her comment and tried to clear everything up. I agree, and it makes sense. Although... I think Miley needs to spend some time to learn proper spelling and grammar. Does she still go to school? I hope so, but it doesn't look like it. Anyways, I'm a big fan and am glad someone out there can be a role model to kids; there are too many growing up to be skanks. p'ace

Wow, so many Miley fans. Reminds me of how defensive I get for Britney Spears. Anyways, I saw the picture, and I think it is real. I mean, I would not be surprised since she obviously love taking those candid photos. She is really stupid. But many kids her age like taking "sexy" myspace pose pictures..but seriously!! Miley should stop trying to be sexy. It bothers me when I see her pout her lips and make that weird eye in her pictures.

They are old. No proven recent photos have appeared in several months just old ones hacked from her online sites, email, and I-Phone months ago. She 15 and will make mistakes. So long as she learns from them which I think she may have, I think she should be left alone. I more interested in why are the picture only being release when she about to do something good or something to furture her career. It seems to me someone is trying to ruin her life and career.
