Miley Cyrus needs to learn that 15 year-old girls getting freaky is only ok if you're part of a polygamist cult in Texas.

A new set of pics showing Hannah (or someone who looks like her) made the rounds today. They featured her laying in some guy's lap and another one of her flashing her green bra.

Her reps had no comment, but we think these pics are of someone else or photoshopped since neither of them show her throwing up the peace sign. Click HERE to see the pictures and you can judge for yourself.

with these pictures. no one should make themselves holier than thou. even if she is miley, i can bet that most of these people on this board are around her age and already lost their virginity before the age of 15. half of them can't even spell. yes she is young but the pics are barely scratching the surface of "racy." miley is just a normal young woman.

I am a Miley fan so this might sound biasis but I don't think its a big deal. It could turn into one but right now its nothing. I have read up on all her other photo scandals as well. The first set of photos are nothing of concern, a girl sharing some candy with a friend isn't that big a deal, even if they both have one end of it in their mouths at the same time. The next ones of her in her underwear were probably the worse of all and those weren't that bad. No she shouldn't have put them on her Myspace but its of no concern that she is taking them. Spend a half hour surfing Facebook, Nexopia, Myspace and you will see girls ages 14-17 and sometimes older have alot of "racy", if thats what you want to call them, photos. Its kind of a phase and just because Miley is a celebrity doesn't mean she isn't going to do normal girl things. These newest ones aren't that bad. It would appear, despite what Miley is telling us, that she has a boyfriend. The guys name is Thomas Sturges. You can put his name right into the Myspace search and find his profile, atleast I think it is. I am not a 100% sure as a few other profiles showed up with pictures of Thomas and there is no way to tell unless your a friend of his, but the I checked seemed to be his personal one. The two would appear to be together so its not like the photos are bad. Every where I look it says Miley is drapped over some guys lap in nothing but a bra and underwear. Well look closely. You can easily tell that she is wearing a top because you can see the bra underneath, and last time I checked girls don't wear two bra's, atleast not one on top of the other. Unless of course this makes them look bigger, but thats another subject. And as for the underwear, well unless your underwear has pockets, buttons, and belt loops, all of which you can see, then I would say those are pants. Lastly the photo of her pulling down her top so you can see her neon green bra, I don't know why she decided to do that. Maybe she had an itch and someone just happened to be taking a photo at the same time. All those people out there calling her a whore and slut, you can't honestly say that you have never been caught in the moment and done something weird or stupid, this moment just happened to be during a picture. Now like I said before my opinion is baised but I'm not blind. If there was really something to be worried about here then I would say "hey this girl is doing something stupid, someone should stop her."

Give this girl a break. She should be allowed to make her own mistakes. so what if she's experimenting. I am more weirded out by the purity ball thing. Like her dad owns her virginity until her husband gets it. I think she should be responsible for her own body and as a teen didn't everyone make and learn from their own mistakes?
