Miley Is Porsche Shopping

What's wrong with this sentence...Miley Cyrus is shopping for a Porsche. If you guessed that she's not even sixteen yet, you're right.

She's only a little ways away from being able to hit the road, and the tween has her sights set on a Porsche. But not if her parents have anything to do with it! Billy Ray and Tish have put their foot down and told Miley she's not allowed to have an expensive car.

What's expensive to them? $75,000? $100,000? Just so happens that Miley's dream car, the 911 Porsche Turbo, runs around $125,000. That'll break the bank....unless you're Miley Cyrus. What do you think? Is a Porsche an outrageous car for a sixteen-year-old? Or should Miley be able to buy whatever car she wants with her own money?

A Porsche is not even that great of a car. It's a expensive piece of shit. It rides low so when you are driving it you feel as though you are on the grown. So basically all she is paying for is the name "Porsche". So her parents are smart to tell her no, but she is going to have to learn the hard way like all kids do.

You know what- she's a teen and she's gonna want to have the "it" thing at the moment-that's when mom and dad have to swoop in and reign her in... good for them letting her know that even though she's earning gazillions of dollars, she still needs to be treated like the child she still is... once she becomes an adult, hopefully she will be able to keep control of her "empire" and not lose control as Britney did... her parents' are right to be setting these rules/boundaries for her, these are lessons that will hopefully help her when she transitions to adulthood and help her to be able to make sound/good decisions- personally as well as professionally.

Fully agree with "Youwishyouwonedone"... the 911 Turbo is probably one of the most effecient and lowest in emmisions than any in its class. The 2009 model will meet even high standards. So I say to "Red Ufo", and with the greatest of respect, do your research, sharpen your arguements, clean up your language, and then come back on line. My Porsche 911 turbo (2009 model) is scheduled to arrive in October of this year and each day I am more convinced than ever that I have bought an icon from which all others are measured.
