Miley Cyrus’ Parents Call Off Divorce, Seek Therapy

Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus were on the verge of splitting after Tish filed divorce papers last month, but it appears that plan has been shelved in favor for much-needed couples’ therapy instead.

According to E! News correspondent Ken Baker, Miley Cyrus’ parents are getting back together to try and work it out again.

Of a recent conversation Ken had with Tish, "I spoke to Tish and she told me they both woke up and realized they love each other and decided they want to stay together," he said.

"They recently went into couples therapy, something they hadn't done in 22 years of being together, and it's brought them closer together and really opened up their communication in amazing ways."

"They went into the therapy with the goal of divorcing in a way that was healthy for the children, but ended up coming out of it with the realization that they in fact want to stay together. Tish sounds happy and energized about having this fresh start."

This officially rekindled status explains paparazzi photos of the two together in North Hollywood and Malibu recently. Just last night, Tish posted a photo on her Instagram with Billy Ray with the caption, “Date Night.”
