Miley Cyrus wants the world to know just how un-scandalous her relationship with 20-year old Justin Gaston is. Not many parents would condone their 16-year old dating an older guy. In fact, many states consider that illegal!
But no need to worry, since Miley has everything under control. In fact, since meeting Justin, she says she’s gotten more spiritual.
Miley recently taped an episode of the Rachael Ray show and told her, "I've never been closer to the Lord since I met him. He's really made me read my Bible. He's made me actually read the stories in the Bible -- not the quick little verses -- that not only help me, but show you how to help other people."
Miley also says that it wasn’t a “love at first sight” situation when she first met Justin. She says, "Honestly, I didn't like him at first. I was like, 'Great, another song writer. This should be fun.'"
Miley also says that now that she knows Justin, she realizes that he’s “like, the coolest guy.” She also says he doesn’t get enough credit as he should because he’s such a good guy.
Well, we guess we’ll have to take Miley’s word for it on this one! But what happens when they get tired of reading the same Bible stories to each other! That’s when they’ll have to remember to leave some room for the “holy spirit” between them!
