Miley Cyrus' Hacker Busted By FBI

Miley Cyrus’ 19-year old hacker has finally been caught by the FBI.

They tracked him down in his apartment in Murfreesboro, Tennessee yesterday and served him with a search warrant and a list of items to be seized. The douche, whose name is Josh Holly, is the guy who leaked those pictures of Miley posing provocatively.

When agents finally left his apartment after conducting an extensive search, they had three computers and Holly's phone, among other things. Hours after the raid, Holly phoned Threat Level from his sister's phone to report what had occurred. He hasn't been arrested or charged with a crime yet.

Well he’s definitely in for it! What should his punishment be?
