It’s not all just for show, either. As one of her rubber-y crop-top ensembles indicates in another photo, she means “BUSINESS,” “BUSINESS,” “BUSINESS.”

If there’s one thing you can’t fault Miley for, it’s projecting a cohesive brand. She really should start teaching a Marketing 101 college course on the side, considering that everything she does now services this brand new image.
