Miley Cyrus really wants people to know that she’s not at all against Asians whatsoever. So she’s offered up another apology. Probably because her first one wasn’t taken so well. The whole “goofy faces” thing didn’t exactly sit well with a bunch of people.
Miley wrote her second apology on her official fansite, which seems a little odd, because that’s the last place people would click if they were offended by her. But an apology is an apology! We’ll give her points for acting like she cares!
Here’s what she wrote:
"I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone.
I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometime my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GODs ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be.

Well this one should at least keep people quiet for awhile! Until the next Miley Cyrus scandal that is!
