Mike Tyson Arrested!

Mike Tyson pulled a Kanye on Wednesday evening at LAX--and we're talking about crashing a speech. Tyson was arrested after an altercation with a paparazzi.

Tyson was being photographed as he arrived at LAX with his family when he lost his cool and lashed out at the unsuspecting photographer, reports Radaronline.

One punch and the pap was out cold. He had to be sent to the hospital to recover.

Tyson not only broke the photographers camera--he also broke his nose!

A police source tells Radar, "Mike Tyson was arrested at 4:39 pm at LAX terminal 7, United ticketing. The victim of the alleged assault was transported to a nearby hospital."

UPDATE: Tyson has been booked for misdemeanor battery with bail set at $20,000. The photog is also expected to be booked for misdemeanor battery.

Tyson's rep tells TMZ that he was traveling with his 10-month old daughter when he was attacked by an overly aggressive paparazzi adding that Tyson acted in self-defense to protect his child.

Mike Tyson has come along way,he is making an efort to be a better person.The way he grew-up,becomming a fighter made him a violent person.He's made mistakes but he's trying to change.I don't think he was out of line this time,he did not just attack this guy and beat him down, he hit him once (wich he deserved) Mike has a good punch and that is no secret, he didn't give it everything he had or he would have broken the guys whole face,don't be so quick to judge , people can change,why not hope he is, instead of condemming him for the past.

The woman he raped hasn't forgiven him. His ex wife whom he brutalized hasn't forgiven him. I'm pretty sure the man who's ear he bit off hasn't forgiven him. Tyson is nothing better than a common thug with a large bank account.

There was NOTHING wrong w/Tyson protecting his daughter. He just lost one so I'm sure he feels extra protective. The pap got what he deserved. For you calling him a THUG YOU need to grow up and let by gones be by gones because everyone else who he may have offended has forgiven him!!

The sentence that got me was... an unsuspecting photographer.... What do they expect... they can jump out of bushes... stalk you around your home... hire helicopters to carry you over a special event all in the name of a good story. They can chase you in a tunnel and kill you but they are unsuspecting of the wrath someone might be feeling? I agree...violence is not the answer but admit it... when you hear it was paparazzi that was on the receiving end of a punch... didn't you feel a slight twinge of satisfaction? Sometimes when you hear them harrassing a certain celebrity.... don't you feel they had it coming just a little bit? What it were your baby or family they were intruding on? I am sick of seeing them invade people's space or follow them in a car so close to get a picture.... why is that okay?
