Even the cast of the ‘Jersey Shore’ doesn’t like the cast of the ‘Jersey Shore.’
Apparently, no one on the ‘Jersey Shore’ talks to Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino outside of the show filming. The Situation was recently released from Cirque Lodge treatment center for his prescription drugs and alcohol-related issues. But no one from ‘Jersey Shore’ knows how he’s doing.
Vinny Guadagnino told BANG Showbiz: “I haven’t spoken to Mike. I don’t really speak to Mike when I’m not filming but I wish him the best.”
If you’ve seen the last couple of seasons of the ‘Jersey Shore’ (and you know you have), you know that Mike has gone increasingly bat sh-t insane. From banging his head on a concrete wall and passing out to thinking that everyone is conspiring against him—the guy has lost it. He’s been acting really bizarre, even for reality show standards.
“I don’t really know how he is doing but we really are family,” Deena says. She’s the one who got stuck in a cardboard box. “Even if we have ups and downs we’ll always end up being alright. He’s like the brother I never wanted.”
Issues with addiction can be quite grim, and as Mike battles his demons, it leaves us all wondering one thing: is the next season gonna be boring or what?
“I’m not really sure,” Vinny said, on whether Mike’s problems will affect the premise of the show. “I know people who go through things like that and are fine so it just depends on the situation he's in. We don't know if it's going to affect filming.”
But where there’s a will, there’s a way.
"We'll find a way to make it work, we're a family, we like to have fun. It's not that serious, we like to have fun and hang out and I think we'll make it work."
